Solutions

Six programmes defined by what they achieve on your plant. The equipment list is an output of the engineering, not the starting point of the conversation.

01Extend membrane life by 2× or more

Membrane Protection

Pre-treatment trains that hold SDI below 3 through seasonal variability, sized against the worst month rather than the annual average.

  1. 1Automatic coarse screening
  2. 2Multi-media or bag stage
  3. 3Absolute cartridge polishing
  4. 4Continuous SDI monitoring

61months

Membrane life achieved

02Eliminate unplanned compressor and pump overhauls

Rotating Equipment Protection

Coalescing and strainer packages sized on actual gas density and real surge conditions, not on pipe diameter and steady-state assumptions.

  1. 1Isokinetic baseline sampling
  2. 2Souders-Brown resizing
  3. 3Two-stage coalescing
  4. 4Instrumented sump control

0.08ppmw

Carryover to compressor

03Meet the limit that is coming, not the one in force

Emission Compliance

Dust collection designed with headroom against announced future limits, with explosion protection derived from your dust's measured Kst.

  1. 1Kst and Pmax laboratory testing
  2. 2Collector and media selection
  3. 3Vent or suppression design
  4. 4Isokinetic stack verification

3.8mg/Nm³

Measured stack emission

04Remove the defect without removing the product

Product Quality Assurance

Filtration that captures the contaminant while leaving colour, flavour, pigment and active ingredient untouched — verified analytically, not assumed.

  1. 1Defect characterisation by SEM-EDX
  2. 2Media adsorption screening
  3. 3Pilot trial on product
  4. 4Line rollout with monitoring

71%

Reduction in rework rate

05Close the loop where discharge is the constraint

Water Recovery & Reuse

Recovery trains that turn effluent into process water, designed around the licence condition rather than around available equipment.

  1. 1Stream characterisation
  2. 2Recovery target modelling
  3. 3Multi-stage recovery train
  4. 4Concentrate handling

92%

Process water recovered

06Documentation that survives the inspection

Validated Filtration

Sterilising-grade trains delivered with bacterial challenge, extractables, integrity correlation and traceability indexed for regulatory submission.

  1. 1Product-specific challenge testing
  2. 2Extractables study
  3. 3Integrity test correlation
  4. 4Data book compilation

How we work

From stream data to a signed performance record.

Eight stages, each with a defined output. Nothing moves forward on assumption.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Stream data in, sizing basis out — 48 hours on standard configurations.

  2. 02

    Characterisation

Laboratory analysis where the data does not already exist.

  3. 03

    Design

Staged design, CFD verification and a single pressure budget.

  4. 04

    Approval

P&ID, GA and ITP issued and agreed before fabrication releases.

  5. 05

    Fabrication

Cut, form, weld, examine, heat treat and finish under the ITP.

  6. 06

    Testing

Hydrostatic, integrity and functional testing with witnessed hold points.

  7. 07

    FAT

Factory acceptance test on water, witnessed and recorded.

  8. 08

    Commissioning

Supervised installation, performance verification and operator training.

Scope options

Take as much or as little of the programme as you need.

Some clients want the whole scope through commissioning. Others want a second opinion on a design somebody else is building. Both are normal.

Study only

A fixed-fee engineering study — sizing, CFD, failure analysis or design review — delivered as a report you own outright.

Credited in full against a subsequent order.

Supply

Engineered equipment against an agreed specification, delivered with the complete data book and installation support.

The most common scope.

Full programme

Characterisation, design, pilot where warranted, fabrication, FAT, commissioning and a signed performance record.

One named engineer throughout.

Next step

Tell us what is in the stream.

Flow rate, contaminant, target rating, chemistry and available pressure. Six inputs, and our engineers return a staged design with the sizing basis attached — typically inside 48 hours.
