Material traceability

Every pressure-retaining component is traceable to a heat number, and every heat number to a mill certificate retained for ten years.

The data book

Ten documents that arrive with the vessel.

Indexed, retrievable and delivered at dispatch. Not assembled retrospectively when an inspector asks.

  2. 02Positive material identificationHandheld XRF results on 100% of alloy material, recorded against each part.
  3. 03Welding procedure specificationsWPS and supporting PQR for every joint configuration used on the vessel.
  4. 04Welder qualification recordsCurrent certification for each welder who touched the vessel, with requalification dates.
  5. 05NDT reportsRadiographic film or digital scan data, UT, MPI and PT reports with technician certification.
  6. 06Heat treatment chartsContinuous time-temperature records with thermocouple positions and furnace calibration.
  7. 07Hydrostatic test certificateTest pressure, hold duration, gauge calibration certificate and witness signatures.

Quality policy

Worldasatech maintains a quality management system that treats every filtration element as a pressure-retaining, life-safety component. We qualify raw material at receipt, hold weld procedures to ASME IX with in-house requalification every six months, and release no system without a signed, retrievable data book covering material traceability, hydrostatic proof, integrity verification and dimensional conformance.
