Material traceability
Every pressure-retaining component is traceable to a heat number, and every heat number to a mill certificate retained for ten years.
- 100% PMI on alloy material
- EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certification
- 10-year record retention
We treat every filtration element as a pressure-retaining, life-safety component — and we build the data book at the same time as the vessel, not afterwards.
Every pressure-retaining component is traceable to a heat number, and every heat number to a mill certificate retained for ten years.
Procedures qualified to ASME Section IX and EN ISO 15614, with welder requalification every six months against internal standards above the code minimum.
In-house Level II and III certified technicians performing RT, UT, MPI and PT, with all film and scan data retained and issued.
Bubble point, diffusive flow, water intrusion and multipass efficiency testing on our own rigs — no third-party dependency on validation.
Laser tracker and CMM verification of critical dimensions, with reports issued against the approved general arrangement.
Every system is released with an indexed data book covering material, welding, NDT, heat treatment, testing and dimensional conformance.
Indexed, retrievable and delivered at dispatch. Not assembled retrospectively when an inspector asks.
Quality policy
Worldasatech maintains a quality management system that treats every filtration element as a pressure-retaining, life-safety component. We qualify raw material at receipt, hold weld procedures to ASME IX with in-house requalification every six months, and release no system without a signed, retrievable data book covering material traceability, hydrostatic proof, integrity verification and dimensional conformance.
