Code-stamped vessels, built by the people who design them.

Pressure vessel fabrication is a discipline of documentation as much as of steel. The weld that fails inspection is recoverable; the weld with no traceable procedure, welder qualification and heat number is not.

The CORE programme covers separators, knock-out drums, receivers, reactors, heat-exchanger shells and filtration vessels from 0.3 m to 4.5 m diameter. Design is performed in PV Elite with FEA verification on every non-standard nozzle and support detail.

Every vessel is released with a data book containing material certificates traceable to heat number, welder qualification records, NDT reports with film or scan data, PWHT charts, hydrostatic test records and the dimensional inspection report. Delivered in hard copy and indexed digitally.
