Overview

Complete liquid trains, engineered as a single hydraulic system.

Buying filtration stage by stage produces a system nobody has calculated as a whole. Each vendor sizes for their own stage, nobody owns the total pressure budget, and the plant discovers at commissioning that the pump was specified for a train that no longer exists.

The FLUXA approach treats the train as one hydraulic problem. We take the raw stream analysis and the required outlet specification, then design every stage, the interconnecting pipework, the instrumentation and the control philosophy against a single pressure and flow budget.

Delivery is a skid: pre-piped, pre-wired, factory acceptance tested with water, and shipped as one item with one data book and one point of responsibility. Site work reduces to inlet, outlet, drain and power.

Advantages

What this platform does that a catalogue item does not.

One pressure budget, one owner

Every stage is sized against a single hydraulic calculation, so the pump specification survives contact with the finished train.

Factory acceptance tested on water

The skid runs and is witnessed before it ships. Commissioning becomes verification rather than discovery.

Site work reduced to four connections

Pre-piped and pre-wired delivery means inlet, outlet, drain and power — typically a two-day installation.

Instrumented for prediction

Live differential pressure and flow trending forecasts change-out dates weeks ahead, converting emergencies into planned work.

FAQs

Questions engineers ask about liquid filtration systems

Flow rate and its turndown range, inlet particle size distribution and concentration, required outlet specification, fluid chemistry, temperature, viscosity and available inlet pressure. With those, we return a staged design and a pressure budget.
