Overview
Some streams do not appear in any selection guide: a slurry that shear-thins unpredictably, a catalyst that must be recovered at 340 °C, a product where a single fibre is a batch rejection. These need engineering, not a part number.
Our bespoke process begins with the stream, not the equipment. Particle size distribution, rheology, chemistry and duty cycle are characterised — in our laboratory if the data does not already exist — and only then does a design emerge.
Where the risk warrants it we build a pilot skid and run your actual fluid before committing to full-scale fabrication. It adds three to four weeks to the programme and has repeatedly prevented eight-figure mistakes.
