Individually scan-tested HEPA
Each element is tested and serial-numbered against EN 1822 — you receive the certificate for your filter, not for its batch.
Intake, compressed-air and process-air filtration from G4 pre-filters through H14 HEPA, rated to EN 1822 and ISO 16890.
Overview
Air filtration is graded, not singular. A gas turbine intake, a compressor suction and a cleanroom terminal each need a different stage — and putting a fine filter where a coarse one belongs simply converts capital into pressure drop.
The AERIS range is built as a staged system: G4 and M5 panels take the bulk load, F7 to F9 bag and compact filters handle fine particulate, and E11 to H14 HEPA elements deliver the final barrier. Each stage is selected so that the one behind it never sees a load it was not designed for.
Every HEPA element is individually scan-tested to EN 1822 and shipped with its own efficiency certificate carrying the element serial number. A batch certificate tells you about a population; a scan test tells you about the filter now sitting in your ceiling grid.
Configurations
AERIS-P
Panel and pleated pre-filters, G3 to M6, for bulk loading duty.
AERIS-B
Pocket and bag filters, F7 to F9, with sealed header frames.
AERIS-C
Compact V-cell rigid filters delivering high area in a shallow depth.
AERIS-H
HEPA and ULPA modules, E11 to U15, individually scan tested.
AERIS-GT
Gas turbine intake cassettes with hydrophobic and pulse-jet options.

Pre-filter selection is matched to the fine stage behind it, extending final-filter life two to three times over an unstaged install.
We supply the annual fan-energy cost at your operating hours and tariff, because pressure drop is the dominant lifetime cost of an air filter.
Continuous-pour polyurethane gaskets and rigid frames eliminate the bypass leaks that quietly defeat high-efficiency media.
