Mill-scale removal, fume extraction and quench-water treatment for environments that destroy conventional equipment.

Fume extraction emission
< 5 mg/Nm³
Continuous gas temperature
250 °C
Self-cleaning water throughput
4,000 m³/h

The constraint

Filtration that stands up to scale, heat and abrasion.

Steel plants combine everything that shortens filtration life: abrasive mill scale, radiant heat, oil-bearing water and a duty cycle that never pauses. Equipment specified for chemical service typically fails within months.

Standards we work to

  • EN 14491
  • ISO 16890
  • IED 2010/75/EU
  • ASME VIII Div. 1
  • IS 2825

Abrasive mill scale

Scale erodes screens, valves and internals continuously, making wear allowance and material hardness primary design inputs.

Oil-in-water emulsions

Rolling oil emulsified into descale water resists conventional separation and demands coalescing or chemical assistance.

Fume at temperature

Arc-furnace extraction handles gas above 250 °C carrying condensable metals that blind conventional media.

Continuous casting demands

Mould-cooling water must stay within tight cleanliness limits or surface defects appear in the cast product.
