Class-approved filtration for ballast, fuel, seawater and offshore process duty, built to survive salt, vibration and motion.

Type approved equipment
DNV/ABS
Super duplex seawater service

Ballast water standard
IMO D-2

The constraint

Certified equipment for platforms and vessels at sea.

Offshore, everything is harder. Salt attacks metallurgy continuously, vibration and vessel motion load equipment in ways land-based design ignores, and classification society approval must be secured before anything is installed.

Standards we work to

  • DNV-GL Rules
  • ABS Steel Vessel Rules
  • Lloyd's Register
  • IMO BWM Convention
  • IACS UR

Chloride corrosion

Constant salt exposure eliminates 316L from many duties in favour of super duplex, titanium or coated construction.

Motion and vibration loading

Vessel roll and pitch impose cyclic loads on supports and internals that stationary design never encounters.

Classification approval

DNV, ABS, Lloyd's and BV type approval must be secured before installation, adding an engineering track of its own.

Footprint and weight

Deck space and topside weight are severely constrained, driving compact, high-throughput arrangements.

Applications

Where we filter in marine & offshore

  • 01Ballast water pre-filtration
  • 02Marine fuel oil and lube oil conditioning
  • 03Seawater cooling and firewater intake screening
  • 04Produced water treatment on FPSOs
  • 05Potable water generation and polishing
  • 06Engine room air intake and ventilation
