The constraint

Particle counts measured in single digits.

Electronics manufacturing operates at a scale where the contaminant is smaller than anything visible. A particle that would be irrelevant in any other industry is a short circuit here.

Standards we work to

  • ISO 14644
  • SEMI F57
  • ASTM D5127
  • IEST-RP-CC001
  • EN 1822

Sub-micron particle control

Yield-limiting defects come from particles well below 0.5 µm, which conventional filtration does not address at all.

TOC and ionic contribution

The filter itself must not contribute organic or ionic load to ultrapure water systems.

Chemical aggression

Etchants, strippers and solvents demand PTFE and PFA flow paths across the full process chemical inventory.

Continuous recirculation

UPW loops run permanently, so pressure drop is a continuous energy cost as well as a hydraulic constraint.

Applications

Where we filter in electronics manufacturing

  • 01Ultrapure water final polishing
  • 02Photoresist and developer filtration
  • 03Wet-bench chemical recirculation
  • 04Cleanroom terminal HEPA and ULPA filtration
  • 05Compressed dry air and nitrogen purification
  • 06Plating and PCB chemistry maintenance
