Multipass efficiency rig

Second opinions

We will review a design we did not sell you.

A substantial share of our engineering work is independent review: a coalescer that will not hold its carryover figure, a baghouse whose vent area was never calculated against measured Kst, a train whose pressure budget was assembled from three vendors and never checked as a whole.

The review is a fixed-fee deliverable. It states what the design will and will not achieve, what would have to change, and what each option costs. Sometimes the conclusion is that the existing design is fine and the problem is operational. We write that too.

What a review contains

  2. 02Independent recalculation of the governing parameter
  3. 03Gap analysis against the stated performance requirement
  4. 04Options to close the gap, with cost and shutdown implications
  5. 05A recommendation, stated plainly, with the reasoning shown
