Qualification above the code minimum
Welders requalify twice a year against internal standards that exceed ASME IX. Competence is demonstrated, not assumed.
Field time for everyone
Every engineer, including simulation and design, spends time on client sites each year. Designs improve when their consequences are visible.
Mistakes are documented, not buried
Lessons-learned reviews are mandatory, blameless and published internally. The same error twice is the only unacceptable one.
