We size it before we sell it
Every quotation carries the calculation behind it — flow, velocity, pressure budget and turndown. If the numbers say our product is wrong for your duty, the quotation says so too.
Worldasatech designs, manufactures and validates filtration systems for the world's most demanding process industries — from wellhead to cleanroom, rated by test rather than by claim.
Certified & trusted by
Worldasatech began in 2006 with three engineers and one rolling machine. Nineteen years later we operate two manufacturing campuses, an in-house computational fluid dynamics group and an integrity laboratory that validates every rating we publish.
What has not changed is the starting point. Every project begins with the stream — its particle distribution, its chemistry, its worst credible day — and the equipment follows from that. It is the reason our quotations carry the calculation, and occasionally the reason they recommend against us.
Today that work runs in 62 countries: coalescers on North Sea platforms, sterile trains in licensed pharmaceutical plants, baghouses on continuously fired kilns, and purification loops on the first generation of green hydrogen assets.
Engineering envelope
Every platform is a family, not a part number — configured against your duty rather than selected from a shelf.
A fibre that is invisible in a water plant is a rejected batch in a paint shop. We specify against the consequence, not the category.
None of these are differentiators on a brochure. They are the things that decide whether a filtration system still works in year seven.
Every quotation carries the calculation behind it — flow, velocity, pressure budget and turndown. If the numbers say our product is wrong for your duty, the quotation says so too.
The engineer who drew it can walk to the bay where it is being built. Constructability problems are solved in hours instead of through revision cycles.
Multipass efficiency, aerosol carryover and integrity testing run on rigs we own. Validation is measured in days, not scheduled around someone else's queue.
The same person owns your project from enquiry through commissioning, and remains reachable afterwards. There is no handover point where knowledge evaporates.
Data books are indexed, traceable and delivered at dispatch — not assembled retrospectively when an inspector asks for them.
Relationships frequently start with an independent assessment of somebody else's installation. We will tell you if it is fine.
Rotate the assembly, explode it, section the housing or watch the flow path resolve from the annulus through the media into the core. Every component in the viewer maps to a real design decision — the pleat pitch, the core collapse rating, the fused end cap.
Outside-in flow
Unfiltered fluid enters the annulus, crosses the media, exits through the core.
Exploded assembly
Every seal interface and retention component, separated and labelled.
Cutaway view
The pressure envelope removed so the internal geometry reads clearly.
Six disciplines under one roof, available as a full programme or as a single study on work somebody else is building.
Stream characterisation, staged design and a single pressure budget across the whole train — the calculation nobody owns when filtration is bought stage by stage.
Deliverables
Flow distribution, particle trajectory and pressure field modelling on every new vessel geometry before a plate is rolled.
Deliverables
Finite element verification of nozzle reinforcement, saddle supports, lifting attachments and every detail the code rules do not cover.
Deliverables
Particle sizing, rheology, filterability indexing and full pilot skids running your actual fluid before capital is committed.
Deliverables
P&IDs, general arrangements, electrical schematics, inspection test plans and the complete data book, issued in your format.
Deliverables
Supervised installation, performance verification against the design basis, operator training and a signed record at handover.
Deliverables
Every stage produces a document. The vessel and its data book are built at the same time, not in sequence.
Every plate, pipe and forging is verified against its EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificate and positive material identification is performed before it enters the shop.
PMI by handheld XRF on 100% of alloy material. Heat numbers transcribed to the traceability record at receipt, not at dispatch.
CNC plasma and laser cutting, plate rolling to 80 mm, and hot and cold forming of dished heads under controlled procedure.
Cut edges dressed and inspected. Forming strain calculated and, where required, followed by solution annealing to restore properties.
SAW, GTAW, GMAW and SMAW under procedures qualified to ASME Section IX, executed by welders requalified every six months.
Weld maps issued before fitting. Consumable control by batch with heat-number recording on each joint.
Radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant examination to the extent defined in the inspection test plan.
Level II and III certified technicians in-house. Film and scan data retained and issued with the data book.
Post-weld heat treatment in a calibrated 6 m furnace with continuous chart recording, plus solution annealing for austenitic and duplex work.
Thermocouple placement per procedure. Charts reviewed and signed before release to the next stage.
Shot blasting, pickling and passivation, mechanical polishing to 320 grit, and electropolishing to Ra ≤ 0.4 µm for sanitary work.
Surface roughness verified by profilometer on sanitary vessels and recorded against each internal surface.
Hydrostatic proof at 1.5 times design pressure, helium leak testing where specified, and functional testing of all instrumentation.
Calibrated gauges with certificates traceable to national standards. Hold times recorded on the test certificate.
Skid assembly, wiring, factory acceptance testing on water, and preservation and packing for the destination and transit mode.
FAT witnessed by client or third party where required. Data book compiled, indexed and issued before dispatch.
Eight stages, each with a defined output. Nothing moves forward on assumption.
Stream data in, sizing basis out — 48 hours on standard configurations.
Laboratory analysis where the data does not already exist.
Staged design, CFD verification and a single pressure budget.
P&ID, GA and ITP issued and agreed before fabrication releases.
Cut, form, weld, examine, heat treat and finish under the ITP.
Hydrostatic, integrity and functional testing with witnessed hold points.
Factory acceptance test on water, witnessed and recorded.
Supervised installation, performance verification and operator training.
Six representative programmes, each with the number that mattered to the client and the reason the previous approach failed.
Characterisation and development of filtration media — pore structure, surface energy, fibre morphology and their effect on retention and dirt-holding.
Computational work on droplet coalescence, particle capture mechanisms and flow distribution, validated against physical rigs.
Purification for electrolyser and fuel cell systems, where purity thresholds and material behaviour differ fundamentally from hydrocarbon practice.
Turning differential pressure and flow data into change-out forecasts, so filtration becomes planned work rather than reactive work.
Reducing the lifetime environmental cost of filtration through longer service life, lower pressure drop and recyclable construction.
Qualification of sintered metal, ceramic and fluoropolymer systems for temperatures and chemistries beyond conventional media.

They diagnosed in one meeting what we had been guessing at for eighteen months. The vessel was never going to work — no element would have fixed it.
